Atom HR System

Challenge

Atom is rapidly growing brand developing an electric vehicle and needs a solution for managing HR processes. The staff is increasing, and without a product, this is challenging. Off-the-shelf solutions do not meet the client's needs. Therefore, the company decided to create its own product that will meet its goals without unnecessary features. Evrone has been developing the frontend SWP solution for the client's concept car and continues to work on elements of the Atom ecosystem.

Employee Evaluation

One of the main modules of the system. Evaluation can be based on criteria or open questions, and can be conducted by the manager, colleagues (P2P), and the employee themselves (Self Review). The result can be generated based on one or several types of evaluation. There are both universal and special evaluation criteria that can be set for different positions.

The evaluation constructor conducts pulse surveys for the company, departments, or employees. The assessment is automated through a status funnel. Functions that simplify work are available for managers, including aggregated questionnaires.

There is a results page with scores, status, and a competency matrix.

Goal Setting & KPI

This section is responsible for monitoring the goals of employees and the company. Everyone can see their manager's goals. The system allows for decomposing goals according to the Objectives & Key Results methodology.The process is cyclical, and goals can be set for any duration. Employees can set goals without waiting for their manager. HR and HR Business Partners can manage the processes.There is also a strategic planning tool—the hierarchy of goals—that allows tracking the connection between the company's goals and those of its employees. This section is accessible to all Atom employees.

Development Plans

This section is responsible for the development of individual employees' competencies. The system can automatically create a plan for each employee based on evaluations, relying on strengths and areas for growth identified through surveys. Optionally, the employee's direct supervisor can also participate in the plan formation.

Employee Profile

A single window from which one can access all personal goals and tasks. There are also administrative user cards that replace personal files. They reflect financial information, date of hire, date and reason for termination, department and team to which the employee belongs, tenure, position, and evaluation results.

Company Structure

This module stores all hierarchical relationships within the company, making this block a foundation for automating processes in the system. Developers have provided several types of relationships for subordination, which is relevant for cross-functional teams. Integrations with the recruitment system and 1C are provided for their enhancement and automatic updating of employee data. This allows the structure to be maintained by a small number of employees.
