Both Ends

I collaborated with Douwe van der Werf (mrlee.tv) to illustrate the cover for Both Ends’ report about gas subsidies.
The report points out that there are a lot of (indirect) subsidies besides the official European ones. Because of that the official numbers of gas-subsidies from Europe that are generally known aren’t showing properly how the subsidies are divided in reality. The result is that it seems that a lot of subsidies go to ‘green’ energy, but in reality the biggest number of (invisible) subsidies go to unsustainable energy sources.
