UX AUDIT OF FAYSAL DIGIBANK APP
This morning started like any other. I opened Faysal Bank's app to withdraw my Payoneer funds to my FBL account. (For context, I’m an agency owner at Prism Pulse, and I receive funds from my foreign clients mostly through my Payoneer account, which I later transfer to my FBL account.) But something was different, the app had a completely new look. As a product designer, I’m always curious about how apps evolve, especially in terms of user experience, so I decided to explore further.
What began as a routine transaction quickly turned into an impromptu UX audit. I took notes, captured screenshots, and documented key usability issues. It’s interesting how a simple task like transferring money can uncover so much about an app’s user experience.
Great experiences aren’t just about beautiful UIs or polished screens, they’re about creating seamless, intuitive interactions that truly serve the user. This quick audit was a reminder of how small details can make or break an experience.
