THE CHALLENGE:

Bring Together 12 Different Services

The team at Aging Care Solutions has come together to offer support, guidance, and advice to older adults and their loved ones as they age. Their services range from assistance with legal services, financial & insurance guidance, housing assistance, care options, Medicare/Medicaid advice, and social & emotional wellness. But bringing together so many services into one cohesive site offered significant design and messaging challenges. The site needed to be clean, clear to use, accessible to people from all different backgrounds, and technologically sound enough to host their monthly webinars.

THE RESULT:

One Stop Shop for All Things Related to Elder Care

We were proud to build them a website to help raise their profile and explain their wide range of services and support to an expanded audience. The design is entirely custom, with a welcoming color palette, and a carefully thought out architecture to help make sure that their services are easy to find for their specific target audience. We conducted user interviews with a variety of users and potential users to gather data and design User Personas. We helped the team develop a customized needs assessment tool to guide their users through the variety of services they offer and streamline communication. Behind the scenes, we connect the site to Keap by Infusionsoft, using an automation journey to facilitate webinar registration, follow-up communication and reminders, login/logout membership capabilities, and attendee tracking to know who attended each webinar and how long they spent interacting with the content for the purpose of issuing CEUs. The end result is beautiful and functional from top to bottom.
