HROn - HR Dashboard

Greetings!

🚀Introducing my design of HR Dashboard of a product called "HR On" from my #2025DashboardSeries. HROn is a platform where HRD can run the entire HR system starting from Employee Database, Attendance, Recruitment and Payroll.

This dashboard page offers HR a comprehensive overview of key employee metrics and tasks. Users can easily access the total number of employees and view an interactive chart that groups employees by department. The dashboard also allows for real-time tracking of today's attendance, provides an onboarding schedule for new employees, features a chart displaying the average KPI by department, and highlights payroll progress along with the next payroll dates. Moreover, there's a quick view for leave requests that require attention, ensuring that HR can efficiently manage and address employee needs.
