Through the focus groups that we organized with patients, we noticed a recurring issue: therapeutic wandering.

Between two appointments, patients felt lost and needed additional support. With healthcare professionals, we imagined MedVik, which, coupled with the Vik mobile application, addressed this problem.

This is an interface for healthcare professionals and which allowed them to:

⬝ Send questionnaires and studies

⬝ Receive alerts as soon as the patient experiences a crisis or other symptom,

⬝ Send therapeutic education content,

⬝ Build and send sending sequences,

⬝ Create cohorts.
