PrimeX - Real Estate Investment Platform
This project showcases a key interface from PrimeX, an innovative real estate investment and loan management platform. The featured dashboard presents a sophisticated property overview system that combines financial metrics with immersive property visualization.
The design seamlessly integrates crucial financial data like LTV (Loan-to-Value) ratios and DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) with an elegant property showcase. The interface employs a dark glass-morphic aesthetic with vibrant orange accents, creating a premium feel while maintaining excellent data readability. The circular progress indicators and dynamic charts provide instant insight into key metrics, while the property visualization offers context through an architecturally stunning presentation.
Special attention was paid to information hierarchy, with borrower details, risk assessments, and property specifics all thoughtfully organized in distinct cards. The design successfully balances the technical requirements of financial data display with an engaging visual experience.
