GAİN ✧ End-to-End UI/UX Transformation

I’m thrilled to share something incredibly exciting on behalf of myself and my team.
We’ve completely redesigned GAİN, one of Turkey’s leading OTT platforms, including its website and Android & iOS mobile apps. The new experience is now live! 🎉

For this project, we developed a comprehensive and sustainable design system tailored for GAİN. The system was specifically designed to ensure full compatibility with Turkish and Arabic, aiming to maximize consistency and user experience across all of the brand’s digital assets.
Throughout the design process, we applied various research methodologies to gain a deep understanding of user needs. Through netnography studies and detailed analyses, we considered the behaviors, preferences, and expectations of different user profiles. This user-focused approach allowed us to build a system that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional.
This incredible achievement would not have been possible without teamwork. I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to my amazing colleagues Uğur Anlak, Berkay Boz, and Tayfun Holin, who contributed to every step of the UI/UX design process. 🙏
