CIB APP Bank APP {Redesign}

as a daily user of the CIB Egypt app, I often encounter issues, especially with the app’s interface. In general, banking apps in Egypt lack strong UI design, which may be due to the focus on ensuring the app performs its tasks quickly and efficiently. As a result, simplicity in design has become an important goal to consider.

For those who use the CIB app, nearly 90% won’t feel like they’ve transitioned to a new interface despite the many changes in my design. Why do I say that? Because catering to the majority of users, who are accustomed to a certain interface and need the same elements in the same locations, is extremely important. This is a fundamental principle for me: If a redesign doesn’t serve the business and the user, then it’s unnecessary.

Enter your text here...I designed the new UI with 95% of the same structure as the old one to accommodate the user base accustomed to the app.

Key Updates:

1. Account Status at a Glance:

Previously, if you had multiple accounts, you couldn’t view the account status without multiple clicks. I resolved this by adding a small tag that shows the account’s status (active or inactive).

2. Notifications Section:

The notifications system has been revamped to provide better visibility and accessibility.

3. Recent Transactions Display:

You can now view the recent transactions for each account on the same page, eliminating the need to click and open a new page.

4. Simplified Navbar:

The navbar now includes the following options for better navigation:

  • - Home

  • - Wallet

  • - Transfers

  • - Cards

  • - Settings

Thanks a lot

and wait for complete the rest of the design 😁
