PitchMonster to Gradual: Empowering Sales Reps

Improving PitchMonster to create a more interactive, efficient, and user-friendly coaching experience for sales teams.

The task was to enhance the PitchMonster platform, transforming it into the updated Gradual 2.0. My goal was to make the platform more engaging and intuitive while fostering seamless communication between sales reps and coaches.

To start, I conducted thorough user testing to identify pain points and usability challenges. Based on the insights, I introduced improvements to the interface and overall functionality. The result is a more efficient, AI-powered platform that empowers sales teams to practice, receive feedback, and boost their performance.

Challenges:

• Simplifying a highly technical product without losing its depth.

• Designing a seamless interaction flow between sales reps and coaches.

• Integrating advanced AI features while maintaining ease of use.

• Enhancing engagement through gamification features like leaderboards and skill practice scenarios.

These challenges pushed me to focus on creating a balance between functionality and user-friendliness, ultimately delivering a design that drives better sales coaching experiences.
