Sunnyvale Manor II Eichler Homes community - custom artwork

Getting back on track, the second phase of Sunnyvale Manor (sometimes called Sunnyvale Manor Addition) was built just one year after the first, in 1950. This was the second development built under the Eichler Homes name (after Sunnymount Gardens), and uses the original “classic” Eichler Model AA-1. And, while all of the floorpans are technically the same, there are a lot of roofline and lot layout variations.
