Part 1/3 of my “Cozied up inside” series 🧇

My brother Armin works for National Geographic and he is travelling from South to North Pole. While on his travels, he often sends us photos of penguins, polar bears, puffins and so on. We are always in awe about the things he gets to see; I personally feel like I have the privilege to discover it through his eyes. So I decided to give Armin the opportunity to bring a little bit of that home, and enjoy the perks of his adventure while waiting for the next one.This illustration is part of my Procreate learning process, and final assignment on the Domestika course by @bettnorris. The part I enjoyed the most was about putting together everyday moments into one piece, thinking about my character and what he likes the most - and while exploring this on a familiar one (my own blood), I am looking forward to let my imagination run free and create out of the box characters. 🔮
