Jameson - Design Direction
Jameson JamPad is a one-of-a-kind music initiative by Jameson Connects, designed as a creative space for musicians, bands, and music enthusiasts to collaborate, create, and perform. Known for its laid-back vibe and state-of-the-art setup, the JamPad offers a platform for emerging artists to explore their craft and connect with the music community. With a focus on fostering authentic creativity, it often hosts jam sessions, live gigs, and workshops, making it a hub for musical innovation and expression. Whether you're a budding artist or a music lover, Jameson JamPad is the perfect blend of great vibes, good company, and inspiring tunes.
Collaborated extensively with talented musicians and sound engineers to curate a compelling 4-5 track EP, embodying the Jameson JamPad’s ethos of experimentation and creative expression. Led the strategic direction for the EP’s branding, including the design of visually striking album artwork, the development of a memorable name, and thoughtful packaging that resonated with the target audience. Ensured a seamless integration of Jameson’s brand identity within the EP’s narrative, striking an artful balance between enhancing product visibility and preserving the artists’ creative freedom.
My role involved conceptualizing the overarching narrative of the reel, ensuring it authentically represented the artists' creative processes, mentorship experiences, and the collaborative spirit fostered throughout the season. I worked closely with videographers and editors to capture candid moments, behind-the-scenes interactions, and dynamic performances, providing viewers with an intimate look into the artists' development.
Jameson JamPad is a unique platform that champions emerging music talent by providing them with a space to create, collaborate, and share their work. As the Design Lead and Creative Director, my role was to shape the visual identity, storytelling, and overall experience of the project while aligning with the brand’s ethos of authenticity and creativity.
The creation of a distinctive merchandise line that encapsulated the essence of our musical initiative. Collaborating with renowned brands, such as Dickies, we developed the 'Crafted Together' collection, featuring workwear basics like jackets, hoodies, and t-shirts. This collaboration embraced a sustainable approach to style, with subtle yet impactful logo designs that resonated with our audience.
