Revamping Velents.ai - ATS SaaS B2B

Quick Overview

4 weeks ago, I received a Senior Product Designer task for "SaaS Solution B2B" from Velents.AI

As a product designer, I focused on delivering a seamless user experience while aligning it with business value.

The task revolved around three main objectives:

1-Simplifying the job creation process within the ATS.

2- Enhancing the job listing management experience.

3- Providing an intuitive and delightful user experience for recruiters.

I created a user story and a user persona based on the assumptions I gathered throughout the task, etc.., while it's typically the Product Manager's responsibility to write technical user stories, but I’m always ready to adapt and step in wherever needed.

Note: The UI design took approximately 8 hours due to the timeframe as 7 days.

Overall, I received positive feedback from the Senior Product Manager during the task panel discussion.
