Project for ZAPP Aranżacje

Website Redesign

For my client Profitto, I had the opportunity to create a complete redesign of the website for ZAPP Aranżacje – a leader in interior design and turnkey finishing in Poland.

Design Process

This project was a multi-stage process, which included:

1️⃣ UX Analysis:

  • I conducted an audit of the previous website, analyzing user behavior and the needs of the target audience.

  • The focus was on improving navigation intuitiveness and reducing the steps needed to request a quote or explore the offerings.

2️⃣ Information Architecture Planning:

  • I developed a clear and logical structure for the website, divided into 11 subpages, including services, portfolio, inspiration, and tools like a quote calculator.

  • Each section was designed to be as user-friendly as possible, addressing the needs of both new and returning customers.

3️⃣ UI Design:

  • The website features a minimalist, modern style aligned with ZAPP’s branding.

  • Key stylistic features include:

    • Clean lines and block layouts for better readability.

    • A neutral color palette (white, gray, green, and black), emphasizing the brand’s professionalism.

    • Generous spacing between elements to create a premium, airy aesthetic.

4️⃣ Customization:

  • I created custom icons and illustrations to visually support the brand’s messaging, such as “turnkey solutions” and “quality guarantee.”

  • Subtle animations were added to enhance the user experience, such as in menus or form interactions.

5️⃣ Responsive Optimization:

  • The website was optimized for mobile devices, desktops, and tablets.

  • All elements, from buttons to project galleries, are fully responsive and adapt to various screen resolutions.

Visual Style and Branding

  • The graphic style is based on minimalist principles: less is more.

  • I highlighted ZAPP’s quality and expertise through elegant typography and contrasting content layouts.

  • The needs of potential customers were at the forefront – project photos are prominently displayed, enabling users to easily compare visualizations with real results.

  • Call-to-action (CTA) buttons are marked in green to intuitively catch the user’s eye and increase conversions.

My Approach to the Project

The goal was to design a website that not only meets user needs but also highlights the exceptional quality of ZAPP’s services. Every detail – from UX design to UI elements and responsive functionality – was created with the aim of delivering the best possible experience to ZAPP’s customers.
