Every 20 minutes spent using a screen, you should try to look away at something approximately 20 feet (about 6 meters) away for a total of 20 seconds. However, you may not always have the opportunity to do this in your daily work routine. To support this approach, we aimed to provide wide and relaxing nature views for our customer communication center employees.
