Nova Post Mobile App Redesign: Simplified Tracking Experience

This project, created as part of a professional training course, focuses on enhancing the Nova Post app experience. By simplifying navigation and improving package tracking, the new design ensures users can quickly access package statuses with minimal effort.

The main changes include clearer visibility of package information, a redesigned flow for choosing delivery options, and a more intuitive interface for monitoring delivery progress. This streamlined approach reduces the need for customer support while improving overall user experience. The project was developed for Nova Post, Ukraine’s leading logistics company, to increase electronic invoice creation and decrease inquiries regarding package status.
