Goal
The primary objective of the LUX LIFESTYLE app design project was to create a mobile platform that enhanced the customer shopping experience by making it more personalized, seamless, and reflective of the brand’s luxury identity. The app aimed to address key challenges and opportunities in the fashion retail market:
Problem: Traditional online shopping experiences often lack the exclusivity and personalized touch that LUX LIFESTYLE’s clientele expect, leading to lower engagement and retention.
