Marketing assets during MVP and new features campaign

About the project and my role

During my role as a Lead UX designer in ChitChat fintech startup, I was responsible for marketing assets besides the product itself. During several months, I was collaborating with digital marketer and generating ideas in order to let the users' get familiar with a new product on the market.

Scope of work

During my work, such tasks have been done in marketing side:

  • - Social media assets and covers;

  • - Billboards and office signs

  • - Google play and apple store assets

  • - Marketing website from scratch

  • - Advertising for TV

  • - Merch for the team

The outcomes

The number of app's downloads raised from August to December (4 month) from 10k+ to more than 100k+. Instagram subscriptions raised from 1k+ to 4+ subscriptions. This results became possible because of combined impact of social media, digitals advertisement, TV, radio and outdoor advertisement.
