Betmingo is a mobile app for iOS and Android that helps gambling enthusiasts find their ideal table game in Las Vegas.
The app covers 9 popular games, including Baccarat, Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow Poker, and more. Users can access or share details like minimum bets, game rules, Progressive Jackpot amounts, and other useful information.
UX/UI Design Direction
The app was designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind, ensuring users could quickly locate their ideal table game and betting limits. The UX strategy prioritized ease of navigation, allowing users to find a game with just three taps after opening the app.
To enhance engagement, the app aimed to capture the excitement of playing at a real table. The interface replicated the look and feel of a casino table, incorporating custom player chips to represent betting limits and provide opportunities for app branding.
The UI embraced the vibrant energy of Las Vegas, utilizing rich, high-contrast colors to create an immersive experience. Inspired by the design elements of actual table games, such as fonts, patterns, and shapes, the UI delivered a polished and authentic aesthetic that resonated with casino enthusiasts.
Results and User Input
The results screen displayed key details such as the casino name, distance, number of games, game type, crowd size, and time since the last update. The focus was on presenting information clearly and avoiding overwhelming users.
To learn more about a specific game, users could simply tap on it—no need to navigate to another screen. This revealed table rules, including details like the number of decks, odds, and doubling options. This screen also featured the “Input User Data” CTA, allowing users to contribute information such as crowd size, minimum bets, progressive amounts, and additional table specifics like blackjack odds and deck counts.
Betmingo was designed to simplify and enhance the experience of finding the perfect table game for casino enthusiasts. By focusing on user-friendly navigation, a visually immersive design inspired by real casino elements, and a collaborative data-sharing feature, the app delivers a seamless and engaging solution. Whether exploring game options, reviewing table details, or contributing real-time updates, Betmingo empowers users with the information they need in just a few taps.
