I wanted to create something that made it easy to celebrate achievements and show appreciation in a way that feels genuine and meaningful. That’s how Kudos was born—a system designed to help teams build a culture of recognition and gratitude. Kudos is an intuitive employee reward system designed to foster a culture of appreciation and recognition within organizations.
