The project of designing a TV repair application was quite challenging and exciting for me! The topic was in the field of television repairs. The goal was to design a practical and user-friendly product that would make the work easier for customers.In this project, I proceeded step by step: First, I started with user research; interviewing customers, examining the problems they face in this field, and figuring out what could enhance their experience. I analyzed competitors in the appliance repair sector; comparing their advantages and sharing the positive aspects they had. Next, using the data I collected, I designed personas and created the user journey map. We then moved on to wireframe design; I created a simple version of the pages to outline the overall structure.
