KENTO - Branding Process

A few early explorations for Kento—a Japanese Handroll restaurant—as we navigated with the client what the tone of the brand would be. The original request was to focus on just a logotype, but as we got deeper into the design phase, the client realized they did want to include a mark. Ultimately, none of the options shown here were approved. Stay tuned to see which one did.
