Website redesign & build for 'Enterprise' client Sierra Central
Sierra Central needed a complete overhaul of their website to enhance usability and provide their internal teams with better management tools and accountability.
We started by deconstructing and reorganizing the entire site. The primary focus of their messaging was to achieve three key objectives:
Highlight the advantages of a credit union compared to traditional banks and its member-focused support, appeal to a younger demographic through modern digital features, and present their product offerings in a clear and accessible way.
As we restructured the site, we also developed copy and content to align with and reinforce these core objectives.
At the beginning of our discussions, one thing which was clear - there was a lack of consistency and audibility for compliance. We began putting these systems in place to make it easier to track who edited what and when, while setting process for individual teams.
Marketing would only be responsible for content on the website, while Accounting departments would never go into Webflow to update rates. We did this by allowing them to update records in Airtable from an uploaded CSV and leverage MAKE to then set when and how rates would be updated - making it very simple for teams to not conflict with any website updates.
For the Marketing teams we began to build processes and tools to allow them to effectively manage and market the website.
Easily delivering engaging content to new and existing members through guides, support and highlighting promotional content - while also putting in place ways to track engagement.
Through custom Webflow components we provided internal teams with ways to tailor content with constraints, allowing the team to grow the site and maintain their brand consistency.
Sierra Central has seen an increase in on page engagement and daily traffic, while also improving audibility meeting all the regulatory data requirements.
