WALAWE GEDARA

Walawe Gedara is a jungle hotel and restaurant based in Udawalawe, Sri Lanka. Surrounded by rich natural beauty, it is located near the Udawalawe Reservoir and the Udawalawe National Park, making it one of the best tourist attractions in Sri Lanka.

The hotel is known for its large banyan tree, which serves as a distinctive landmark. The client sought to create a luxurious logo that reflects the natural environment and desired a circular design.

I designed a logo incorporating elements of the Udawalawe Reservoir, elephants, and the iconic banyan tree to symbolize the essence of nature. A muted color palette was chosen to evoke a sense of warmth and luxury. Additionally, we incorporated water waves in various designs to further represent the natural surroundings.
