Obsessed

Who else knows this feeling? You have an idea, and suddenly it’s like it has you. It grabs hold and won’t let go until you bring it to life. You try to ignore it, push it aside – but it keeps creeping back, demanding your attention. 

Your focus narrows. Everything else fades. Conversations, distractions, even your own needs – all secondary. You might sit at your desk until the small hours, feverishly working, staring into space, reading, scribbling, planning... spinning deeper into the obsession.

This fire to create is both a blessing and a curse. Sometimes, it’s exhilarating – an electric flow that fuels you, makes you feel alive and fill you with purpose; but it can also consume you, drain you, and leave you exhausted.

No matter what, it doesn’t let go.
