Tancy case study
The project
Tancy is a video-call platform that connects IT professionals of varying fields with clients of the sector that have the need to seek suggestions to create or improve their business.

The current problem
In many cases the average client does not have the minimal experience on how to start or improve their business activity. To create a product there is need for a deep understanding of the sector: Development, costs, usability and feasibility of the idea are only some of them, and the lack of how much is explained often forms the reason for failure and enormous losses of money.
To have the possibility to speak preventively with an expert is the only way to have the certainty of a reliable answer.
The challenge
A face-to-face video call represents a channel of direct and immediate communication to improve client/contractor dialogue. Tancy, with a list of mentors that extend from design to marketing, can satisfy the requests of whatever type.
A major awareness of the product allows the client to drastically reduce the costs and the risk of errors, and to the contractor an increase of the gains and to share the appropriate knowledge and the synergy between the two will be of use to improve the final result.
