Branding // Equity Period

One of my goals for last year was to take on a meaningful pro-bono project as a way of giving back. I found the ladies at Equity Period, and knew they would be the perfect fit. These ladies are high school students and with the help of their moms, run a non-profit dedicated to eliminating period poverty in the KC Metro.

Here's a little bit of the branding glow up we worked on together. I wanted to give them something that felt youthful but also put together and polished. The shape pattern represents the uniqueness of everybody's experience with menstruation and the unique needs that go along with that. The grit and textured elements pay homage to the school aged community this organization was created to serve.
