Ordering UI

Using service design methods and competitor analysis, a concept was proposed to optimize menu offerings and digital ordering services. This approach enhances the customer ordering experience while reducing the workload for staff. Features such as item tags and popular dish recommendations are included to provide customers with more guidance and reference during their selection process.

透過服務設計方法、竟品分析,提出優化菜單品項以及數位點餐服務的概念,讓顧客提升點餐體驗的同時降地店家的店員負擔,並且在服務中加入品項標籤以及熱門餐點推薦,提供顧客在選擇上擁有更多參考性
