Atias Real Estate — Brand Identity

The goal of this project was to create the brand identity and strategy for Atias Real Estate, a company in Maracaibo, Venezuela, that prioritizes client relationships and satisfaction.

The logo features two stylized "A"s that symbolize doors, embodying the company’s commitment to opening new possibilities for clients, whether they’re finding their dream home or workspace.

To further communicate the brand’s narrative, I used adaptable shapes to frame images and highlight key elements across digital and print materials. These shapes were intended to create a versatile and engaging visual language for the brand.

On the website, visitors can navigate options tailored to their needs, whether buying, selling, or renting properties. Each section provides clear steps and forms, ensuring a smooth process.

Atias Real Estate’s core values—honesty, personalization, professionalism, and empathy—are incorporated into every design element, positioning the company as a reliable partner in their client's real estate journey.
