Happy Lantern Festival!

Today is the Lantern Festival, marking the last day of the lunar New Year celebration. The dessert people eat on this day is called Tangyuan, the chewy rice balls that release surprisingly sweet and nutty stuffing which would make you impossible to turn them down!
