gStore by Grey Orange

Enter your texHi Guys,

Just sharing a small brief to explain the entire concept of gStore which basically revolves around 4 things.

Store managers: The leader of a retail store, responsible for overseeing all the pending operations, monitoring staff, handling issues, tracking inventory metrics and maintaining customer satisfaction. All this is done on their tablets or computers.

Store Associates: Frontline employee who directly interacts with the customers, assisting them with purchases to performing general store tasks like finding an item in the store, fulfilling online orders, restocking the inventory etc. They use their phones to perform these daily tasks.

Salesfloor: The public-facing area of the store where customers browse, shop, and interact with products and store staff.

Backstore: The behind-the-scenes area where inventory, supplies, and operational materials are stored. These areas can only be accessed by the people working in the store.

All the new stock entering the store from the main warehouse initially goes to the backstore and is then moved to the salesfloor depending on the availability or vice versa if there is an overstock on the salesfloor. Each and every step in the entire process from getting the stock delivered in the store to packing a customer order and everything in between has it's own flow.
