Spring thaw surprise

Given that the weather this year has been a bit odd, a phenomena I like to call Spring Thaw Surprise is happening weekly. Each year during the spring we get to weave through a treacherous course of dog poop that negligent dog-owners have left on the ground during their winter walks. Apparently poo covered in snow is equivalent to "non-existent" poo in the owner's eyes.

Even lil' Robo is surprised at this absurd thought process, and feels that the owners should probably have taken more responsibility to be kind to their fellow pedestrians.
