  2. Lettermark (Monogram): A logo made up of initials or abbreviations of the brand's name (e.g., IBM, NASA).

  3. Pictorial Mark (Symbol or Icon): A logo that uses an image or icon to represent the brand (e.g., Apple, Twitter).

  4. Abstract Mark: A logo that uses abstract shapes or symbols to represent the brand without directly depicting a specific object (e.g., Pepsi, Adidas).

  5. Combination Mark: A logo that combines both text and symbols (e.g., Adidas, Burger King).

  6. Emblem: A logo where the brand name is incorporated into a symbol or icon, often used by schools, sports teams, or government organizations (e.g., Harley-Davidson, Starbucks).

Effective logo design requires creativity, an understanding of the brand’s values, target audience, and the principles of design, such as simplicity, scalability, versatility, and relevance. It plays a critical role in building a strong, consistent brand identity.
