2020 - Ming - Early Designs & Concepts - UX
I joined Ming at the age of 20 and worked as a UX/UI & Product Designer until April 2024. Our main goal was to create a B2B product aimed at improving internal communication and enhancing employee experience. The project was distinguished by a modular structure adaptable to client needs and gamification features to engage employees. Today, Ming reaches thousands of employees through its clients. In the Ming project, I worked on designs for two mobile applications, a web experience that shares the same workflow, and admin panels. The modular design allows for customization, enabling Ming to function like multiple applications in one.
This visual showcases designs from my early journey with Ming. The first group of two designs on the left represents a demo I created during my application process, before fully understanding the scope of the project. Once I joined, the early usability testing we conducted helped us produce simpler and clearer designs as the project progressed. The future concepts were created during my first year to appear as distinct as possible from the project's existing designs at the time and to be evaluated from that perspective. Given the B2B focus of the project, some designs reflect different company brand colors and logos to showcase potential variations for future sales scenarios.
