Docebo LMS Home and FAQ Page Mockups - Cloud Innevate

This project involved creating customised mockups for a client using the Docebo learning management system. While these mockups are stripped of client-specific branding, they showcase the strategic design solutions I developed to address the client's requirements and enhance user engagement.

Challenges:

• The default Docebo widgets lacked the flexibility to align closely with the client's branding and engagement goals.

• Managers needed an intuitive way to access "My Team" and "Reporting" information.

• Users required an FAQ section accessible without cluttering the homepage.

• The homepage needed to function as an engaging launchpad, highlighting required learning, badges/gamification, and optional learning opportunities.

My Role:

• Collaborated with the client alongside my team lead to gather requirements and understand their pain points.

• Designed high-fidelity desktop-only mockups tailored to the client's needs, ensuring an engaging and functional experience.

Design Solutions:

• Redesigned the homepage to serve as a user-friendly dashboard, incorporating clear sections for required learning, gamification elements, and optional courses.

• Created a dedicated FAQ page that is easily accessible but does not distract from the core focus of the homepage.

• Streamlined the "My Team" section for managers, making key information accessible at a glance.

• Stripped branding elements in these mockups to preserve client confidentiality while maintaining visual clarity and appeal.

Reflection:

This project underscored the importance of tailoring designs to meet both functional requirements and user engagement. Collaborating closely with the client helped ensure the final design aligned with their vision and provided a scalable foundation for future enhancements.
