Here’s a sneak peek into the design effort to reskin the Fleet Tracking screen for a SaaS product. The requirement was to retain the existing structure while giving it a modern look and creating a dark theme from the existing light one.
The client is navigating rising competition from the startup ecosystem, and our challenge was to deliver a design that not only modernizes the interface but also strengthens the product’s market position against competitors.
I utilized Figma Variables, a feature that streamlines theme management by enabling centralized control over design tokens such as colors, typography, and effects. By leveraging variables, I was able to ensure consistency across both themes, quickly switch between light and dark modes, and efficiently manage updates without manual adjustments to individual elements.
