Try to synchronize your breath with the rhythm of the animation. Inhale as the animation moves in one direction, and exhale as it moves in the other. Pay close attention to the expansion and contraction of the animated circles. Let your gaze gently follow its flow. You can adjust the speed of the animation to match what is most comfortable for you.
