UX/UI Design for webpage
My role: UX/UI designer.
Goal: bring BAC Credomatic's auto showcase to a digital format (webpage) after the COVID pandemic restricted the bank from carrying out its annual car fair to continue effectively promoting the bank's unique price deals and mortgage offerings.
Main challenge: information architecture, the simultaneous collection of all content from numerous car dealerships/brands while aiming to build a concise clear hierarchy and structure to ensure a smooth processing of information for users. Coordination and communication among stakeholders.
Product: new website to offer a digital version of the bank's annual car showcase experience.
Pain points:
• Need for a digital format of the showcasing (physical showcasing of car models not allowed due to the COVID pandemic).
• No information or content has been compiled, not easy to find.
• Lack of a visual way to display information and deals.
• Need of information architecture or structure.
Solution includes:
• A digital car showcase is created on web format and is now available all year round.
• The new filter tool is the fundamental highlight of this site. Information is now easily accessible for the user and can be constantly updated to avoid misinformation.
• Clear hierarchy and structure was given to the information of each of the brands' models. Imagery was carefully curated as well.
Tone: minimalist and modern.
Channel: Web.
