Website for Hospital
My role: UX/UI designer.
Goal: to build a new website for the Military Hospital in Colombia in order to promote their services, relevant statistics, history and medical staff, while applying a brand redesign.
Main challenge: ensuring intuitive access to essential services and information, such as services and medical resources, while maintaining a professional and trustworthy design.
Product: a redesigned website using the brand redesign.
Pain points & solutions
• Current site map lacks hierarchy so a new, cleaner and more organized option was set in place. Browsing through the information is less confusing and any path of navigation is now simplified, delivering a smoother experience for the user.
• All content was revised and only relevant pieces of information were kept in. As a consequence, the most searched items are found faster without complications.
• The hospital's history in its country gives it a very highly regarded reputation so the redesign intentionally highlights this aspect of the institution which promotes its best features.
• The outdated look and feel was replaced for a minimalistic, polished and more modern look.
Tone: clean, human and modern.
