Webpage for event

My role: UX/UI designer (for Webpage) & Senior Creative Designer (for rebrand)

Goal: to develop a webpage for the company’s flagship event that aligns with the event's new branding, effectively promotes event subscriptions, and showcases key highlights including the agenda, resources, venue, and speakers.

Main challenge: there's limited creative freedom and functionality due to reliance on a semi-outdated and inflexible CMS, hindering the ability to deliver an optimal user experience.

Product: webpage for flagship event.

Pain points:

Restricted to a CMS that hinders creativity and functionality, risking an optimal user experience.

Short timelines and multiple stakeholders requiring content input and approval caused delays, challenging the design process before the event.

Solutions:

Developed workarounds and custom solutions within the CMS constraints, ensuring a balance between platform limitations and delivering a user-centered design.

Optimized approvals and prioritized key tasks to meet the deadline while accommodating stakeholder input.

Tone: bold and modern.

Channel: Web.

Final product:

Event's rebranding that was applied:

Event memories:
