A story to raise awareness about the issue of gender-based violence.
This is a story I wrote and illustrated, partly inspired by my personal experience and partly thinking about how many women today live with or relate to violent individuals without realizing they are in an abusive relationship. Many of them are afraid to speak up, share what’s happening to them, or ask for help. Often, certain situations tend to be normalized, but it is essential to let these women know that they are not. This book is part of an awareness campaign I created, in which I also developed the editorial design.
