Branding / Magnetise
Brain drain, the term used to describe the loss of highly skilled workers, poses significant social and economic challenges, particularly in New Zealand, where many leave due to job pressures, low wages, and high living costs. To address this, Magnetise, a theoretical university project, equips companies with tailored strategies to attract and retain talent through research-driven tools, fulfilling work environments, and financial solutions. With vibrant visuals and metaphorical Kiwi illustrations, the project balances professionalism with approachability, offering diverse collateral like guidebooks, websites, and social media. By fostering job satisfaction and understanding workers' needs, Magnetise aims to curb brain drain and drive positive change.
