Caris Life Sciences: Replatforming for Increased Efficiency

A leading TechBio company aimed to streamline its operations and accelerate the delivery of their test results by doing a replatform of their aging Case Manager application. They avoided talent shortage by partnering with Sparq; Caris implemented an Agile approach to modernize the application and improve its efficiency.

For this project we assembled a team composed of Scrum Master, UI Designers, Business Analysts, Developers and QA engineers. The replatformed application reduced manual data entry, minimized the number of clicks required to process a case, and significantly improved processing speed. This resulted in a substantial decrease in overtime hours, fewer personnel needed, and a notable 18% increase in productivity and 10% more cases were processed. By delivering faster results to providers, Caris enhanced patient care and client satisfaction.
