Property Management Webapp- Task and Maintenance

Recently, I've been exploring design options for a task and maintenance screen in a Property Management System. The dashboard would display a section dedicated to tasks and maintenance for a specific property. This section would list maintenance tasks for different units, including details such as task type, priority, assigned technician, due date, and current status. Users/admins would be able to search for specific tasks and navigate through multiple pages of tasks.

Note: To further refine this screen, incorporating visual elements. Additionally, thinking about the overall layout and information hierarchy to ensure a user-friendly and efficient interface.
