Solution Approach

Built using Lean UX principles, this MES dashboard emphasizes rapid problem-solving, user validation, and outcome-driven decisions. The design process involved in-depth research, low-fidelity wireframing, and multiple iterations to refine the experience.

High-Fidelity Design

The dashboard includes:

1. Production Metrics: Live data visualization for machines and operators.

2. Inventory Management: Quick insights into available raw materials.

3. Order Tracking: Monitor the real-time status of ongoing projects.

Design Process

Starting with user research and sketches, I transitioned to Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Each step prioritized functionality, visual hierarchy, and user accessibility.

Final Outcome

The MES Dashboard is a visually cohesive, data-driven tool that simplifies garment manufacturing operations. With clean typography, a well-organized UI kit, and a responsive design, it’s ready for seamless integration into manufacturing workflows.
