Microlearning App

The Azhman Microlearning App was one of the key projects I worked on as a Product Designer last year. I also mentored an intern for three of its subsystems.

Azhman is an internal microlearning app designed specifically for large organizations. Its primary goal is to train employees in essential skills through daily microlearning modules, helping them progress and prepare for future promotions.

Here are some highlights of the app:

Light and Dark Themes:

The app supports both light and dark themes for better user experience.

Smart Planner:

Upon the first login, users are prompted to select the days, duration, and time slots for their learning sessions, a feature known as the Smart Planner.

Course Pages:

You can see the main course page alongside two sub-sections—one offering video lessons and another offering audio-based lessons.

Notably, every lesson in this app is delivered in four formats: visual, audio, video, and text. For this showcase, I’ve included video and audio lessons.

A Bite-Sized Book Section:

This part of the app features a list of books, book details, and bite-sized content summaries.

Learning Tab:

Accessible from the bottom navigation bar, the Learning section includes three parts: Completed Courses, Ongoing Courses, and Bookmarked Courses.

Each card design has slight visual differences tailored for its respective section.

International Courses:

The app also features international courses in English, aimed at global learning.

At the end, you’ll find images of various app sections. However, note that not all parts of the app are shareable publicly.

I’ll showcase the style guide and UI elements of this project in the next post.
