I’m excited to share my latest illustration, inspired by the legendary Javanese tale of Roro Jonggrang and Bandung Bondowoso from The Legend of a Thousand Temples. This iconic story weaves love, betrayal, and the magical origins of Prambanan Temple.
At its heart is Roro Jonggrang, a clever princess who challenges Bandung Bondowoso to build a thousand temples in one night to win her hand. The tension between their wits and magic is what makes this legend unforgettable.
