Arca Vita e Arca Assicurazioni Website Redesign

.Arca Vita and Arca Assicurazioni are companies specializing in insurance solutions for families and small to medium-sized businesses.

The new Arca website aimed to improve the usability and accessibility of information while guiding different user profiles (businesses and individuals) towards the most relevant content and services tailored to their specific needs.With the goal of putting the user at the center, we worked closely with Arca's customer service team to map out the main needs and use cases of the various target audiences.

Thanks to the feedback collected, we designed a new information architecture, customer journey, and design that is clear, informative, and accessible. The new website follows the technical guidelines of WCAG 2.1 AA and has also been validated through usability tests focused specifically on accessibility.
