I was part of the team that created Sygic’s white-label insurance app.

This telematics-based app is designed to help insurance companies innovate and enhance their user-based insurance (UBI) offerings. The app collects and analyzes driver data, including acceleration, braking, cornering, speeding, and phone usage, providing real-time feedback to encourage safer driving habits. It includes gamification features like badges, challenges, and rewards to engage users and promote responsible driving.

This solution allows insurers to reduce claims by identifying and mitigating risky behavior and helps build customer loyalty through personalized experiences. The app is customizable to meet the specific needs of insurance providers and integrates seamlessly into existing systems. Insurers like Triglav have successfully implemented it, demonstrating improvements in-app ratings and customer engagement.
